Sefidab (meaning "white water") is an ancient Iranian cosmetic and cleanser that is used to exfoliate dead skin and expose new, soft, radiant skin. Sefidab can be used by both sexes and works for all skin types.

Face: USE BEFORE CLEANSING - Break 1/4th of the Rooshoor stone, and crumble with hands till they form a powder like texture. Scrub the Rooshoor on face using circular motions for 1-2 mins. Rinse thoroughly. Do not use Kisseh as it may be too aggresive for the face. Body: USE BEFORE CLEANSING or Using soap END of your shower so the body is steamed. Wet Sefidab and parts of the skin. Break half 1/2 of the Rooshoor/Sefidab and crumble on the kisseh by rubbing it to the fabric. Start scrubbing the skin in a back and forth motion with Kisseh. Apply water in order to rinse, rinse several times, and wipe away any remains debris and dead skin with running water. Skin should feel rejuvenated, radiant, and silky. When you see the dead skin scrubbing away you know it's working! Please note as this is a DEEP exfoliator make sure your body is wet and steamed up to not cause any aberration to the skin. Rinse thoroughly and follow by your favourite moisturiser.

Prior to cleansing with soap, always begin your skincare routine by gently exfoliating with Sefidab. Starting from the forehead, use circular motions to scrub towards one side of the face, then across the chin, and upwards towards the opposite side. Rinse thoroughly with water, repeating as needed to ensure all debris is removed.

To maintain the quality of Rooshoor Stones, store them in an airtight container, such as a soap box, jar, or sealed box, to preserve moisture for future use. Exposure to air may cause them to dry out and harden, making them difficult to crumble and apply onto the mitt. If the Rooshoor becomes excessively firm, soak it in water for several hours until it regains its moisture content. It is recommended to use Rooshoor Stones within 24 months of purchase to ensure optimal effectiveness.
